Evan J. Godofsky

Evan Godofsky joined the firm as an associate in 2009 and became a partner in 2021. His current practice is focused mainly on trucking and transportation, general casualty, and toxic tort litigation.

Mr. Godofsky has handled numerous cases defending insurers and their insureds, including claims involving personal injury and death, property damage, products liability, oilfield remediation, redhibition, contract disputes, premises liability, and construction defects.

Mr. Godofsky graduated from Louisiana State University in 2006. In 2009, he graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor for the Loyola University Journal of Public Interest Law.
