Carlos Saravia joined the firm as an associate in 2020. His current practice is focused primarily on insurance defense litigation.
His practice includes defending insurers and their insureds against claims related to personal injury, property damage, redhibition, premises liability, and construction defects. Mr. Saravia also has experience defending employers and insurers against maritime personal injury and death claims.
Mr. Saravia graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007. In 2012, he graduated from Elon University School of Law, after which he completed an LLM in Admiralty and Maritime Law at Tulane University in 2016. He was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and is a native Spanish speaker.
