RACHAL CHANCE KRAMAR
Rachal Chance Kramar joined the firm as an associate in 2018. The focus of her practice is insurance coverage and coverage litigation with an emphasis on marine insurance, general liability insurance, professional liability insurance, commercial property insurance, and excess and umbrella/bumbershoot liability insurance.
Ms. Kramar brings a diverse litigation background to her coverage analyses. She has experience representing individuals and small businesses, municipalities, manufacturers, government contractors, and insurers in liability actions and contract disputes. She also has experience in admiralty/maritime, medical device/medical malpractice, toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, and bad faith defense.
Ms. Kramar graduated from Baylor University in 2003, where she participated in the Baylor in Great Britain Summer Abroad Program at Imperial College in London. She then graduated from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2007, where she was a research assistant to the late Susan B. Kalinka, professor of federal and international tax law. Before entering private practice, she served as law clerk to the Honorable John C. Davidson, Ninth Judicial District Court of Louisiana.
